HTC Touch Dual arrives in the UK as T-Mobile MDA Touch Plus

The MDA Touch Plus arrives in the UK today. Combining a skinny design with a large touchscreen, there's still the benefit of a sliding keyboard as well as HSDPA connectivity for speedy browsing.
